BKM GmbH, founded in 1977, is renowned as a specialist in the design, construction and manufacture of press-bent parts, contact and flat springs, as well as wire bent parts. Continual growth and investment in our buildings and technology means we are well placed to cope with the most demanding of projects. Within a total production space of approx. 4000 square metres at the Schwabach and Leipzig facilities, we use over 50 stamping and bending machines of all performance categories as well as punching machines and eccentric presses offering punching pressure of up to 130 tons. These produce series ranging from 1000 to 100 million pieces/year.   The tools required are, without exception, all planned, designed and manufactured in-house. The tool inventory is expanded by approx. 70 – 80 new tools each year.
