Good products alone are insufficient. We want to optimally meet our customers’ demands. They must be able to rely on us, guided by the partnership initiative. By this, we mean providing advice on selecting the tolerance and material for new parts, cost reductions through simplified design and short-term and precise manufacture of close-to-production prototypes. Our samples allow the functionality of the parts in an assembled state to be tested, in order to eliminate possible error sources as far as possible, before serial production.   With continual investment in ma- chines and facilities, we want to remain able to meet the demands of modern, resource-saving production . Since the quality of the whole is always only as good as the sum of the individual parts, the spot- light also falls on the motivation and satisfaction of the employees. An em- ployee model that involves the participation of each individual based on his/her commitment to the success of the company, will encourage each of them to give of their best.
